Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall site execution activities for high-rise building projects from foundation to finishing stage.
- Coordinate and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports for management.
- Manage site planning, material requirement, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety standards as per statutory and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and client representatives.
- Review contractor bills, measurements, and work certifications.
- Troubleshoot site-level technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approvals.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion within budget.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Proven experience in RCC structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, and site execution practices.
- Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and large workforce.
