JOB DESCRIPTION – GM PROJECTS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Maintain high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation among project team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful real estate projects within budget and on time.
  • Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to real estate projects.
  • Familiarity with relevant computer software programs such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
