JOB DESCRIPTION – GM PROJECTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and resources
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and other stakeholders
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Maintain high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation among project team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate project management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful real estate projects within budget and on time.
- Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to real estate projects.
- Familiarity with relevant computer software programs such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
