Technical Auditor- QC
JOB DESCRIPTION – TECHNICAL AUDITOR QC
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of real estate projects to verify quality and compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with project teams to address quality and compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including design drawings, material lists, and contractor submittals
- Identify and report issues and risks that could impact project quality or completion timeline
- Conduct site visits to ensure that project work is progressing according to plan and specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project quality and compliance reports
- Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders regarding project quality and compliance issues
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality check procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical auditing, quality assurance, or quality control in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry standards related to real estate construction and design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
