Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
  • Generate sales leads and achieve monthly sales targets through channel partners. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings with partners.
  • Coordinate site visits and client meetings for prospective buyers.
  • Identify new channel partners and expand the business network.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with channel partners and customers.
  • Support marketing activities, promotional events, and property exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and partner performance.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and CRM teams for smooth customer handling.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in channel partner sales, real estate sales, or construction industry sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good networking ability with brokers and channel partners.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
