Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Generate sales leads and achieve monthly sales targets through channel partners. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings with partners.
- Coordinate site visits and client meetings for prospective buyers.
- Identify new channel partners and expand the business network.
- Ensure timely follow-up with channel partners and customers.
- Support marketing activities, promotional events, and property exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and partner performance.
- Coordinate with internal sales and CRM teams for smooth customer handling.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in channel partner sales, real estate sales, or construction industry sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good networking ability with brokers and channel partners.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.
