We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor – HVAC with over 3 years of expertise in managing HVAC installation and coordination activities at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising HVAC works, ensuring quality compliance, timely execution, and coordination with other MEP disciplines.
- Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all HVAC installation activities at the construction site including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
- Ensure HVAC works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project engineers for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage HVAC subcontractors, technicians, and site workforce to meet project deadlines. Review HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements before execution.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handing over of HVAC systems.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation for HVAC activities.
- Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams to avoid clashes and ensure integrated MEP execution. Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of HVAC materials on site.
- Identify site issues and provide corrective actions to maintain work quality and schedule.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC supervision within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems such as: Chilled Water SystemsVRF/VRV Systems AHU/FCU Installation Ducting & Ventilation Works Familiar with HVAC standards, safety procedures, and QA/QC requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and MEP coordination layouts.
- Good communication and team coordination skills. Preferred Experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building construction projects.
- Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures and HVAC balancing.
