Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Calling Executive to join our construction firm. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in tele-calling, with the ability to engage potential clients and support the sales team in lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to potential customers
  • Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling and follow-ups
  • Explain project details, offerings, and services to prospective clients
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
  • Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer handling
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer engagement
  • Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
