JOB DESCRIPTION – Customer Relationship Manager / After Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relation Manager to join our team in the construction and real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a track record of success in managing after sales support for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales, construction, and product development teams to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and product quality.
  • Oversee and manage the after sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding products and services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and records in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and after sales performance to the General Manager.
  • Train and mentor the after sales team to ensure ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Look after the clients grievances after the handing over of apartment.
  • Coordinate with concerned in house teams like construction, maintenance and Liaison departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, customer service, or marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service or after sales support role, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of the construction and real estate industry, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.
