JOB DESCRIPTION – Customer Relationship Manager / After Sales
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relation Manager to join our team in the construction and real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a track record of success in managing after sales support for residential and commercial properties.
- Collaborate with the sales, construction, and product development teams to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Oversee and manage the after sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding products and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and records in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and after sales performance to the General Manager.
- Train and mentor the after sales team to ensure ongoing professional development and growth.
- Look after the clients grievances after the handing over of apartment.
- Coordinate with concerned in house teams like construction, maintenance and Liaison departments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, customer service, or marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service or after sales support role, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Knowledge of the construction and real estate industry, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.
